Delivery & Access Policy

6.1 Scope
This Delivery & Access Policy explains how access to Vega Vidya is delivered after account creation and, where applicable, after successful payment for paid access.
6.2 Nature of delivery
Vega Vidya is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped. Access is delivered electronically through your account on the Vega Vidya website, app, dashboard, and related services.
6.3 Free access delivery
After successful account creation and login, free access is generally made available electronically through your registered account, subject to technical checks, service availability, and any applicable security or anti-abuse controls.
6.4 Paid access delivery
Where you purchase paid access, delivery is made electronically by activating the relevant paid features on your account after successful payment confirmation and our internal activation process.
Under the current model:
• the paid plan gives 1 month of paid access from the date and time the payment is successfully activated;
• during an active paid month, new-tag creation is not limited by the free-plan cap;
• paid access is not treated as perpetual unless we expressly state otherwise.
6.5 Access evidence / proof of delivery
Delivery of digital access may be evidenced by one or more of the following:
• successful payment confirmation from the payment provider;
• activation of paid access or updated plan status in your account;
• the availability of relevant paid features in your dashboard or account;
• any order reference, payment reference, receipt, email, or on-screen confirmation we or the payment provider may provide.
6.6 Timing
We aim to provide access promptly after successful account creation or successful payment activation, as applicable. However, access timing may vary due to payment processing time, fraud-prevention checks, technical issues, outages, maintenance, or third-party service dependencies.
6.7 Delayed or failed access
If payment is successful but paid access is not activated within a reasonable time, please contact us at support@vegavidya.com with your registered email address, payment reference, payment date, amount, and a brief description of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may verify the issue, activate access, or handle the matter under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6.8 What happens when the paid month ends
When the paid month ends:
• your existing folders, easels, canvases, tags, notes, and study material are not deleted merely because the paid month ends;
• you may continue to view and review your existing data;
• new-tag creation falls back to the then-applicable free-plan rule.
Under the current V1 model, if the account total is below 118 tags, new tags may be added only until the total reaches 118. If the account total is already 118 or more, renewal is required to add new tags.
6.9 User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• using a valid registered email address and keeping your login credentials secure;
• ensuring that you have a compatible device, browser, internet connection, and access to your registered account;
• checking your payment details and payment reference carefully at checkout;
• contacting us promptly if you experience a delivery or access problem.
6.10 Third-party dependencies
Delivery and access may depend on third-party service providers, including payment processors, authentication systems, hosting providers, and database or infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party services except as required by law.
6.11 Changes to this policy
We may update this Delivery & Access Policy from time to time to reflect operational, technical, legal, or business changes. The latest version published by us will apply from its stated effective date.
