Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 5 April 2026 Last Updated: 5 April 2026 3.1 Scope This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid access purchased for Vega Vidya. 3.2 Current paid plan model • The current paid plan is priced at ₹118 for 1 month, unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. • The purchase gives the account paid access for 1 month from the date and time the payment is successfully activated. • Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, the plan does not auto-renew. 3.3 What happens when the paid month ends • Your existing folders, easels, canvases, tags, and study material are not deleted merely because the paid month ends. • You can continue to view and review your existing data after expiry. • After expiry, new-tag creation falls back to the then-applicable free-plan rule. Under the current V1 model, if the account total is below 118 tags, you may add tags only until the total reaches 118. If the account total is already 118 or more, renewal is required to add new tags. 3.4 Cancellation Because the current plan is a fixed 1-month access period and is not auto-renewing by default, there is generally nothing to "cancel" mid-cycle in the sense of stopping future recurring charges. If we later introduce auto-renewal, we will publish a clear cancellation process before that feature goes live. 3.5 Refunds we may allow • Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, we may refund the duplicate amount after verification. • Failed activation: If payment was successful but paid access was not activated on our side and we cannot reasonably fix the issue within a reasonable time, we may issue a refund. • Wrongful charge or legal requirement: We may issue a refund where required by law or where we determine, in good faith, that the charge should not have occurred. 3.6 Refunds we generally do not allow • Change of mind after activation of the paid month. • Dissatisfaction based solely on learning outcomes, exam outcomes, or personal study preferences. • Non-use or partial use during the paid month after successful activation, unless required by law or expressly promised otherwise. 3.7 How to request a refund To request a refund, email support@vegavidya.com with your registered email address, payment reference, payment date, amount, and a brief explanation of the issue. We may ask for reasonable supporting details. 3.8 Timelines We aim to acknowledge refund requests within a reasonable time and resolve eligible requests as quickly as practical. Actual credit timelines depend on the payment partner, banking channels, and applicable law.
